Kurhula Wildlife Lodge has four double rooms. Two rooms under one thatch roof with a veranda in front. From your outside seating you have an exquisite view of the Olifants river. We encourage our guests to live outside and enjoy the beauty of the bush. Our small but cosy rooms have extra length beds, air conditioning, mosquito nets, a fridge, safe, hairdryer, wardrobe and coffee and tea facilities. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet and a double basin.
All accommodation is on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis (DBB), serving a sumptuous breakfast on the veranda of the main lodge. At night we serve an African three course meal with a European touch. We only work with fresh, seasonal and local products. Every room has a fridge so you can bring something to eat and drink for lunch yourself.
Should you have any special dietary requirements please notify us beforehand and we will make sure that all requests are met. You can eat at one table and share your stories with other guests or dine private.
PLEASE NOTE: Kurhula Lodge is situated in Balule, Parsons Nature Reserve and can only be reached via a 12-kilometre dirt road. This road consists mainly of gravel, stones and sand so we highly recommend a 4x2 or 4x4 vehicle. The speed limit in the reserve is 30 km an hour.
